This model describes a way of creating the There that makes it most effective as an attractor to enable the transformation of the present. The origin of the vision of a compelling There cuts to the root of creativity itself.
This model reminds us that, regardless of its source and origin, for a compelling, transformative vision for the future to make any difference in the material world, a group must commit to bringing that future to life. That group must embody it. If they are wise, they physically embed their vision in experiences and an environment that can give others a foretaste of what could be.”
Occasionally it arises in an individual, often in times of reflection, relaxation, or repose. Meditation, mindfulness, awareness training, or more body-focused practices like Tai-Chi, Qigong, and yoga can help create the conditions for an individual to receive the gift of insight.
What an interesting model to explore in our current times to build the best future we can with as much scale and detail as necessary to engage the whole system. Or in other words: “You can’t get there from here, but you can get here from there.” (MGTaylor Axiom) You have to BE the there.
