A day and a half of sessions/trainings with the Forum of Young Global Leaders (YGLs) on Systems Thinking turned into a year-long project.
Our member Aaron Williamson co-wrote a full report on it called “Influencing Complex Systems Initiative”, which you can download here:

The report, at the end of which The Forum officially thanks The Value Web, documents the work of the YGLs in structuring a set of tools to explore some of the world’s most pressing issues.
More than 400 YGLS, coming from various fields, from business to civil society and arts, worked on the initiative in order to find specific interventions that business leaders and policy-makers can adopt to have an outsized, positive impact on the state of the world.
Moreover, the case studies included in this report show that this remarkable community of people have already begun to tackle complex issues such as poverty, hunger and homelessness head-on.
