With some parts of the world opening up again, there is a possibility that people can meet in-person. This gives us the opportunity for thinking through gatherings where some participants would meet up physically while others would participate remotely. This raises questions about design and and environment approaches. This learning community session aims to answer some of the following questions:
– How do we design new experiences and gatherings that combine the very best digital and physical collaboration has to offer?
– What are design principles for hybrid gatherings?
– What are some of the pitfalls to avoid?
This session will be an opportunity to share our learnings, ideas, hypotheses and explore together the impact and the opportunities of hybrid gatherings.
