The Strategy Explorer is a canvas-based method for strategy development. It allows you to create strategies for a wide range of subjects on a single page – quickly and intuitively, alone or in a team, for business and beyond.

STEFAN PASTUSZKA

Stefan Pastuszka holds a Ph.D. in physics and is an expert in strategy development, innovation culture, and communication of complex subjects. As a Strategy & Innovation Coach, he helps organisations bring clarity and structure into complex subjects to enable better decision-making. His clients range from founders and start-ups to large corporations.

Stefan is convinced that everybody and every organisation needs a strategy for something and believes in the power of co-creation. He published two books on strategy and various articles in magazines and online media. With his latest book (“Strategy Explorer – das Strategiewerkzeug für Teams,” GABAL 2019), he takes the idea of team-centric and agile strategy development to the next level. He provides an effective tool for a broad range of applications in strategy development. Stefan also published on the subject of Corporate Social Impact Innovation.
