Better Ancestoring Dialogues are an opportunity to deepen your awareness of and relationship with long-term thinking across multiple contexts, while offering points of connection and co-creation with others from around the world seeking to do the same.
As the name indicates, our emphasis will be on dialogue and interactivity with a mix of ritual, sharing, art, and interview.
Host Todd anticipates Better Ancestoring Dialogues to take place every couple of months. The frequency, direction and ambition of BAD will emerge from the ideas, interests and concerns of those taking part in the dialogue. True to the mission of the Learning Community, we’ll emphasize active, relational and practical aspects of long-term thinking and ways we can facilitate good ancestoring in ourselves and others.
For those of you who took part in the Being Better Ancestors salons of 2021, you can look forward to iterating and expanding on some of themes and ideas that surfaced over the course of our conversations, as well as building on our collection of resources, practices and toolkits for bringing good ancestry into the foreground in your design processes.
